Description

RT-740 Ultra Micro Cast Film Machine, can be connected in series with RT-739 Micro Conical Twin Screw Extruder.

Microfilms of 5-10 grams can be produced in 5-10 minutes.

This technology significantly reduces the time required for material development and saves on the cost of expensive materials and R&D budgets.

• Slit Notch Molds

  Film widths of 30-35 mm

  Film Thickness: 0.1mm, 0.2mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm (other sizes available upon request)

  Note: The film tool is installed at the extrusion outlet of the mixing chamber.

• 2 axle pulling function

  Speed adjustable guide rollers (100mm/min ~ 5000mm/min)

  Torque-adjustable winding rollers (adjustable in 1Nmm increments)

• Front air blower
