Description
CTSE series conical twin screw extruder has stable performance, which can make the melt well plasticized and extruded under low-temperature environment. The barrel comes with a heater made of cast aluminum with high thermal efficiency, fast and even heating, and a cooling fan. The specially designed transmission part is driven by a frequency conversion motor, which has smooth running, large transmission torque and high efficiency. Through the frequency, converter can achieve stepless, smooth speed regulation, high precision, and energy saving. An intelligent double-display digital temperature controller is adopted, with high control precision and small temperature fluctuation. This product comes with several features, including overload protection, fault alarms, a vacuum exhaust pipe, and a quantitative forced feeding device.
