Parallel Twin Screw Extruder(Counter Rotating & CO-rotating）
A parallel twin-screw extruder is widely used for filling, blending, modifying, and reinforcing rubber, plastic, and process resins. It is suitable for PP, PE, PVC, PA, PBT, PET, and other materials.
The parallel twin-screw platform consists of components such as a drive unit, feeding unit, barrel, twin-screw, and mold. The extruder’s twin screw is its most important component, consisting of three distinct sections: the charging section for solid materials, the compression section for melting, and the homogenization section for conveying the melted material. The material is put into the hopper, and under the action of the rotating screw, the material is pushed in the direction of the head. In this process, the physical state of the material evolves from a glassy to a highly elastic state and finally forms the viscous flow form.

The DSE21 Double Screw Extruder 21mm is designed for ease of operation. Efficient processes are available for R&D, process development and small batch production. The open and closed barrel design and removable top half barrel allow for easy cleaning and assembly of the machine, making it flexible and easy to use to meet customer-specific application requirements. Equipped with accessories such as a 3D printing wire traction winder, sheet/film traction system and granulator, it is ideal for all types of compounding workflows.
